NITRA, 6th of October 2026 – Squarebizz Business Center Nitra, developed by Karimpol Group in the fast-growing West Park district, welcomes LKQ, a leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories, to its new premises. The opening further strengthens the project’s position as a sustainable and strategically located business hub.
LKQ occupies approximately 2 000 m² in Building A, including 1 140 m² of warehouse space and 560 m² of showroom space. The new premises bring together activities previously operated from two separate locations in Nitra, allowing the company to streamline its operations and manage space and related costs more efficiently.

The opening reflects the wider philosophy behind Squarebizz Nitra: to create flexible business premises that allow tenants to combine different functions within one location. The Work.Shop.Store concept brings warehouse, showroom and retail functions together and enables companies to adapt the size and layout of their premises to their operational needs.
Squarebizz Nitra offers a total of 11 400 m² of retail, warehouse and showroom space across two buildings.
