The certification places Squarebizz Bory among Slovakia’s top-performing BREEAM In-Use certified assets in its benchmark category and confirms the sustainability credentials of its flexible retail, warehouse and exhibition space concept in Greater Bratislava.
BRATISLAVA, 12th of August 2026 – Squarebizz Business Center Bory has achieved the BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” rating for Asset Performance, with an overall score of 75.1%. Certified under BREEAM International In-Use: Commercial Version 6 and assessed by Salvis s.r.o., Squarebizz Bory covers a certified floor area of 27,500 m².
According to the benchmark prepared by Salvis, Squarebizz Bory ranks 5th out of 75 active BREEAM In-Use Part 1 certified assets in Slovakia within the industrial asset category used for the benchmark. Across the wider certified Slovak industrial market, including BREEAM In-Use and New Construction assets, Squarebizz Bory ranks 20th out of 142 unique certified industrial buildings, placing it firmly among the country’s top-performing certified assets.
